Local Business Proves Direct Mail is Still Relevant to Consumers
SAN DIEGO – Money Mailer, a leader in the U.S. direct mail marketing industry, is proud to announce that San Diego entrepreneurs Chuck and Debbi Gourley were recently honored as Franchisees of the Year at the company’s annual convention that took place this past December in Huntington Beach, Calif.
Franchisee of the Year is considered the highest honor announced at Money Mailer’s annual franchise convention. When selecting a winner, CEO Gary Mulloy, with the support of the senior management team, reviews the most important elements of what makes a franchisee successful in the direct mail marketing business. Factors evaluated include performance on the basis of business growth and 1) giving back to their community, 2) giving back to their peers and 3) contributing ideas to benefit the organization, etc.
Chuck and Debbi Gourley took over the struggling San Diego territory in 2010. They have since re-built the San Diego market into the largest, strongest local franchise in the nation for the last four years. They are also proving that Direct Mail is as important today as ever.
With previous careers in broadcast media, the couple note the effectiveness of direct mail. According to Chuck Gourley, “Direct Mail continues to be relevant.
